Vitamin chewing gum

In a new study titled “Vitamin-enriched chewing gum” can increase saliva and plasma levels of a number of vitamins. Researchers from the Penn State College of Agricultural Sciences found that chewing some commercially available chewing gum may have benefits in providing vitamins.

One of the most important key elements in taking supplements is the consistency of the daily intake. The easier and tastier the daily intake is, the more likely people are to take it consistently. Chewing gum is an excellent delivery system where the active ingredients are released into the saliva.
